Our Beginning as a Food Truck
Son Regios Albuquerque started as a small food truck serving Mexican food to the local community. The goal was simple: bring comida mexicana made with care to people who want real, honest meals. We focused on carne asada tacos, gorditas, and quesadillas prepared with quality ingredients. Over time, more people came back, and the idea grew into a full restaurant at 313 Central Ave SW suite B in Albuquerque. Our start keeps us grounded in simple food and hard work.
Our Name, Roots, and Mission
The name Son Regios comes from “Regios,” a word for people from Nuevo León in northern Mexico, a region known for strong flavors and quality meats. This heritage inspires our cooking style and focus on sabor norteño. We serve everyone with a casual, clean, and welcoming space built for comfort. Our mission is to make good Mexican food easy to enjoy through dine in, takeout, or delivery. We want every guest to feel at home while enjoying a simple and satisfying meal.
